I have been in a few Rangers, and got a little wet in the wakes. Not so with a Trton yet.

I have owned a few boats. and i have fished ROUGH lakes, as far as safety Ranger is the leader. my first and my favorite bass boat I own 1989 Ranger 364V, the boat will run 60+ in 3ft swells. The fact that you can not sink the boat is a plus. I have had Champions, Stratos, Tritons and many more. The Triton is NICE, but not the bestn as far as build. The fastes boat I have ever owed is a 2003 Gambler, but my Ranger and Champion boats have pulled through anything. My problem with Triton is , the quality is not as good as Ranger or Champion on build. My 89 looks brand new and my 2000 Triton looks worn out. Ranger is a better built boat. Ranger will never claim to be the fastest, but if I want to be on a boat on Lake Forke in Janurary it will be a ranger.
Just my .02
