Nice Perch. you just got to love when they hit your pike or other gamefish minnows. When I go Pike fishing at my parents cottage perch set the tipups off all the time.

Bud-diesel, fat perch, and ice fishing. Can life get better?
Well I suppose if there were some trout, or even pike. Ever get anything like that ice fishing in PA?

This picture is so old has to be like 79 or 80 lol. I can't remember but it was my first ice fishing trip, Greenwood lake NY. I caught the Bass and my father caught the pickerel.I only ice fish now maybe once or twice a year.It is really more of a get together with friends and we throw out a bunch of tip ups bbq some deer steaks and consume more drinks than we catch fish. We always manage some perch and pickerel and its a fun way to spend the day.
